Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and PT Kreasi Maju Aksara ("we", "us") for the Kinroster app and service. By using Kinroster you agree to them.
Not medical advice
Kinroster is an organizing tool for families. It does not give medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and reminders can be late or fail. Always follow the instructions of doctors and pharmacists, and call your local emergency number in an emergency.
Your account and your family
You are responsible for your account and for what you share. Only invite people you trust: members of a family can see its roster and handoffs, and siblings can also see expenses and the vault. Admins can invite and remove members and delete the family's data.
Kinroster Plus
- Plus is a subscription billed by Apple to your Apple ID, or on Android by Google Play to your Google account, monthly or yearly, at the price shown before you buy. One subscription covers everyone in your family.
- It renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged within 24 hours before renewal.
- Manage or cancel in your Apple ID settings (Settings > your name > Subscriptions) or, on Android, in Google Play (Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions). Deleting the app does not cancel it.
- If a free trial is offered, any unused part ends when you buy a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law where you live, such as the EU right of withdrawal.
- If Plus ends, you can still read what your family already added.
Acceptable use
Don't use Kinroster to break the law, to harass or harm anyone, to upload content you don't have the right to share, or to try to access other families' data, disrupt the service, or reverse engineer it.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you add. You give us permission to store, process, and show it to your family only to run the service. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Disclaimers and limits of liability
Kinroster is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for missed reminders or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for Kinroster in the 12 months before the claim, or US$50, whichever is greater. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
Apple
These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide support for the app, and Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
Ending these terms
You can stop using Kinroster and delete your account at any time. We may change or end the service; if we do, we will give reasonable notice where we can.
